Another one of our solutions for athletes is our 8:1:1 BCAA complex infused with a powerful test supporting complex. Designed for use before or during your workout. 10 grams of instantized branched chain amino acids help you recover and assist in building muscle mass, 3 grams of a blend of powerful ingredients to help support TEST levels!!

L-Valine: Assists in the human body’s energy provisioning processes and therefore plays an important role in building physical strength and muscle mass. Foods containing large amounts of L-Valine are very popular with athletes, especially bodybuilders, who attempt to accelerate muscle hypertrophy (growth) in order to gain strength, power and speed.

L-Leucine: It is an important building block for many proteins and therefore supports various healing processes. It assists in the growth of muscle tissue and muscle recovery, which in turn decreases soreness.

L-Isoleucine: Plays a pivotal role in the energy supply of muscle tissue, which is particularly critical during periods of extensive exercise or in acute hunger periods. Unless present in sufficient quantity in the blood, the body will access its storage reserves, which will inevitably lead to a reduction of L-Leucine and muscle mass. This effect must be avoided by athletes trying to build muscle mass by supplementing using a quality BCAA product.

D-aspartic acid: an amino acid present in neuroendocrine tissues of humans, playing a role in the synthesis of both LH and testosterone. LH, of course, is secreted in a pulsatile fashion, thereby signaling the release of testosterone from the testes. D-aspartic acid is synthesized when aspartate racemase converts L-aspartic acid into D-aspartic acid. This conversion occurs in the testes as well as other tissues throughout the human body. Clinical research shows that supplementation with 3 grams (3,000mgs) per day, orally, can result in an elevation in testosterone of up to 33% in a 30-day period.

Epicatechin: a very specific bioactive compounds that yield benefits to one's fitness.  In fact, it's thought of by many as the perfect bodybuilding compound.  It increases nitric oxide levels in the blood.  This increases blood flow and circulation around the body which increases oxygen and nutrient delivery. Increased oxygen and nutrient delivery can have a positive effect on athletic performance, endurance, recovery and growth. Epicatechin is suggested to be a Myostatin inhibitor, which also means it upregulates Follistatin. Myostatin acts a regulator/ suppressor for muscle growth, limiting how much we grow. Follistatin promotes muscle growth as it hinders the signaling of myostatin. Myostatin and Follistatin work together in ratio, so Epicatechin throws this off.  Myostatin inhibitors are extremely sought after as they are considered the best natural muscle building supplements.

Epicatechin can be taken at any time of the day as it doesn’t have any kind of stimulatory effect. To maximize the effects of the increased nitric oxide levels, taking Epicatechin pre-workout would benefit the athlete.  A typical dosage of 200-300mg works well, especially when taken all at once.

Ashwagandha: primarily used as an adaptogen, meaning it helps your body handle stress and anxiety.

A study suggests ashwagandha can increase exercise performance, strength and fat loss, while also boosting testosterone levels significantly… The men in this study had a 10-22% increase in testosterone levels over a 30-day period.

At present, it seems likely that ashwagandha could help increase testosterone levels by reducing the stress hormone cortisol.

Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid)

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a vital role in many bodily functions. It is essential for the growth, development, and repair of all body tissues. This includes its critical role in collagen formation, immune system support, wound healing, and maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth. Additionally, Vitamin C functions as a powerful antioxidant, helping to protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals and supporting the regeneration of other antioxidants like Vitamin E. It also enhances the body’s ability to absorb non-heme iron from plant-based sources, reducing the risk of iron deficiency anemia.

“Vitamin C is required for the biosynthesis of collagen, L-carnitine, and certain neurotransmitters; it is also involved in protein metabolism. Vitamin C is also an important physiological antioxidant and has been shown to regenerate other antioxidants within the body, including alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E).”

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin that supports a wide range of essential physiological functions in the human body. It plays a central role in metabolism, brain development, and immune function. Vitamin B6 is crucial for converting food into energy by helping enzymes break down proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. It also supports the production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and GABA—chemicals vital for mood regulation, sleep, and cognitive function. Additionally, it helps make hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen throughout the body, and is essential for maintaining healthy nerve function and immune responses.

“Vitamin B6 is involved in more than 100 enzyme reactions, mostly concerned with protein metabolism. Vitamin B6 also is involved in brain development during pregnancy and infancy as well as immune function.”

⚡️ 1. Beta-Alanine

Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that contributes to the synthesis of carnosine in skeletal muscle. Carnosine acts as a buffer against acid buildup during intense physical activity, particularly in anaerobic conditions. Research indicates beta-alanine may influence muscular fatigue thresholds during short-duration, high-intensity efforts.

“Beta-alanine supplementation increases the concentration of carnosine in muscles, thereby acting as an intracellular buffer during high-intensity exercise.”

International Society of Sports Nutrition

🧠 2. Agmatine Sulfate

Agmatine is a biogenic amine derived from the amino acid arginine. It interacts with various neurotransmitter receptors and ion channels and has been studied for its role in cellular signaling. Some studies have explored its potential in neuromodulation and nitric oxide synthesis pathways.

“Agmatine has been shown to act on neurotransmitter systems and may play a role in pain, depression, and cognitive function.”
